The cartridge EEPROM is mirrored into this browser's storage and restored automatically on reload, so a file you start is still there next time. Save from the in-game menu as usual. There are also save-state buttons. Clearing site data removes everything, including the cached ROM. Save inside the game before exporting a backup. Clearing browser data can erase progress.
