About this build
Tonic Tumble is an original falling-capsule puzzle game built on the AngheloAlf/drmario64 decomp. The program is compiled from the decompilation's C sources with a modern GCC; every picture, 3D shape, tune, sound effect, sample and line of text was generated for this project, with a new cast led by Dr. Fenna and her rival Grudge. The ROM carries small tagged placeholders instead of RSP microcode, so it runs on the patched emulator core bundled with the page (not on real hardware).

What has been tested
Headless Edge on the local release build: title, mode select, game setup and a one-player game played to a full bottle; originality and taint gates 0 failing. Owner controller playtest pending.
Last tested 2026-10-20 in Edge (headless). Full playthrough: not verified. How games are tested.
The build's own test log is in STATUS.md in its repository.
Known limitations
- A different game by design: new cast, art, music and wording.
- Runs only on the bundled patched emulator core (WebGL2 browsers); no real-hardware ROM.
